WAKTUKU

Ada waktuku berpikir tentang hidup
Tentang aliran masa masa sesalku
Tentang segala asa dan putus asaku
Tentang segala harapan mimpiku...
yang melayang-layang rendah di tempat embun menetes.

Bongkahan itu serasa tak bisa ku capai
Bongkahan mimpi dan angan-angan

Aku tak ingin menjadi seperti kupu-kupu...
yang dinilai hanya dari sayapnya yang indah
Kupu-kupu tanpa sayap bisakah dikagumi?
bisakah dicintai?
bisakah mencintai?
Kehilangan segala keangkuhannya,,,
kecil, tidak dipandang,,
Saat keindahan mengalahkan harga sebuah nyawa

Ada waktuku berpikir tentang hidup
Aku ingin melihat dunia,,
Dunia yang juga melihatku.

I Love These Songs

Thank's to Joy's blog, I knew this two awesome songs.

The first song was 'There's Hope - India Arie'

Back when I had a little
I thought that I needed a lot
A little was over rated,
But a lot was a little too complicated
You see-Zero didn’t satisfy me
A million didn’t make me happy
That’s when I learned a lesson
That it’s all about your perception
Hey-are you a papa or a superstar
So you act, so you feel, so you are
It ain’t about the size of your car
It’s about the size of the faith in your heart

There’s hope
It doesn’t cost a thing to smile
You don’t have to pay to laugh
You better thank God for that
(repeat)
There’s hope

Off in the back country of Brazil
A met a young brotha that made me feel
That I could accomplish anything.
You see just like me he wanted to sing
He had no windows and no doors
He lived a simple life and was extremely poor
On top of all of that he had no eye sight,
But that didn’t keep him from seein’ the light
He said, what’s it like in the USA,
And all I did was complain
He said-living here is Paradise
He taught me paradise in in your mind
You know that

Every time I turn on the T.V.
Somebody’s acting crazy
If you let it, it will drive you crazy
But I’m takin’ back my power today
Gas prices they just keep on rising
The government they keep on lying
But we gotta keep on surviving
Keep living our truth and do the best we can do

Stand up for your rights

Keep shining your light

And show the world your smile

And the second was 'God of This City - Chris Tomlin'

You're the God of this city
You're the King of these people
You're the Lord of this nation
You Are

You're the light in this darkness
You're the hope to the hopeless
You're the peace to the restless
You Are

Bridge:
There is no one like our God
There is no one like our God

Chorus 1:
For greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done
In this city
For greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done
In this city1
Here2

Verse 2:
You're the Lord of Creation
The Creator of all things
You're the King above all Kings
You Are

You're the strength in our weakness
You're the love to the broken
You're the joy in the sadness
You Are
